High school team coaches on a free team get My team, the locker room and their players' profiles. The coach tools open when 5 of their players are on a paid plan, at the best plan 5 of them share. Picking a player in a tool uses that player's plan (free profile = locked). College coaches show only for schools on a paid player's list, at that player's plan. Coach emails can't name a free-profile player or carry his profile link.

Measurables now list each test in its own unit: type your 40 in seconds, vertical in inches, broad jump in feet and inches, lifts in pounds. Fill in the ones you have and tap Save testing once. Numbers that can't be right (like a 2-second 40) get flagged before they save.

A 3-minute, step-by-step video for parents: signing up, sending your athlete his login, editing the profile, adding testing and film, emailing coaches and seeing who's watching. It's in the parent tutorial and on the Guide page.

Parent made the account? Send your athlete his own login from your dashboard or Account (Text it, Email it or Share). The athlete can invite a parent the same way. Everyone shares one profile and one plan. Parents can now edit the profile too.

On Get started you can save your early access poster, post it in 2 places and send the proof right away, before your profile is done. Your features open once Next Level approves the posts and your profile is 100%, in either order. Or pay for a plan and everything opens right away.

Write coach emails in your own words. Drag a box like Coach's last name, College, My film links or My verified stats into your email (or tap it to drop it where your cursor is) and every coach gets his own email with it filled in. A preview shows exactly what the first coach gets. In mass send and in Smart Follow Ups (Use a template → Make your own email). The ready-made emails are still there.

Profile → School history → Changed schools. Your old school stays on your record, your stats and games from there stay labeled with it, and coaches see Transferred on your profile.

Choose a plan on the sign-up page and you go straight to secure checkout. Fill in the rest of your profile after. Early access accounts can buy a plan right from the Get started page too.

New Promo kit graphics: Every D1 coach, D1 by the numbers, who gets D1 coach emails, and every program and coach from FBS to JUCO.

Every D1 coach's email (FBS + FCS) and the recruiting staff who run recruiting are now on All-American and Five-Star. On Basic and Premium, D1 schools show the program's recruiting inbox, questionnaire and staff names, and your emails go to that inbox.

Premium now holds 50 schools and mass sends 15 at a time (60 a month). All-American holds 150 schools with 250 mass sends a month. Five-Star mass sends 60 at a time (500 a month).

The Next Level email is now the recommended way to send: it comes from Next Level Prospects, the recruiting service run by Coach Smoot, and replies come straight back to you. Each athlete can send 25 a day this way. Your own Gmail or Outlook is still right there.

High school coaches: My team has a sortable scoreboard (coach views, emails, replies, verified offers), team totals for the week, a team offer board graphic, and a Who needs a push list with a Nudge button.

On your Sharing tab, uncheck any testing number or stat line, or your ACT, SAT or Next Level grade. Coaches, rankings, post cards and emails won't use it. You still see it.

Game scores now have two boxes (Us / Them), and film times take 0.42 as well as 0:42, so the phone number pad works.

New profiles are public from day one so coaches can open your link right away. Contact info stays private, and you can still make your profile private on the Sharing tab.

Premium, All-American and Five-Star can now be paid yearly: pay for 10 months, get 12 ($299.90, $499.90 or $1,199.90 a year). Pick Monthly or Yearly when you sign up or upgrade. Already monthly? Tap Switch to yearly on your plan card; you only pay the difference. The launch deal and new-member discount work on your first yearly payment too, and yearly plans renew at the regular yearly price until you cancel.

One page with everything your plan includes, one tap to open each. Features your plan doesn't have stay in the menu with a lock and show exactly which plan unlocks them.

Every send screen (Mass send, Email coaches, Smart Follow Ups, Follow-ups and a coach's page) offers My email app (Mail, Gmail or Copy; works with iCloud, Yahoo and school email), your connected Gmail or Outlook, and for Next Level staff the Next Level Prospects mailbox. New Coach replied button on Smart Follow Ups, and coach emails only use your verified stats, testing and offers.

Every school shows the reasons behind its fit. A missing ACT/SAT or 40 time is never held against you.

Share, Copy, Text and Email buttons, a downloadable QR code, personal links for one coach (Premium), and one Show my GPA switch you control. Pasted profile links now show your photo, name, position and class, and college coaches can request info without an account.

Your plan card shows when you renew, lets you switch plans (you only pay the difference), turn off auto-renew, update your card from Manage billing, and warns you if a payment didn't go through. Your plan stays on through every month you paid for.

Rankings, leaderboards and lists say exactly how each one works and have Verified only filters. Anyone can report outdated college staff, and Next Level-checked college coach accounts show a Verified coach badge.

Players and parents land on their dashboard, high school coaches on My team, and the menu is organized into My recruiting, Rankings and Manage. Your dashboard also shows your recruiting activity and your school or team.

The bottom bar fits every screen and gets out of the way while you type, small links are easier to tap, and saves always finish on the page you were on.

Connect your own Gmail or Outlook once, then tap Send now on any email you've reviewed. It goes out from your address, so replies come straight to you. We can only send what you approve and never read your inbox. You can still use Mail, Gmail or copy and paste instead, and staff can send from the Next Level Prospects inbox.

College coaches and recruiters can search public athletes by class, position, state and measurables, save a watchlist, compare players side by side and leave private notes. Only what each family made public shows up.

Staff can write a full prospect evaluation (strengths, areas to improve, level projection). The athlete sees it first and decides if it gets shared. No parent sign-off needed. The new Workspace puts your profile, film, emails, follow ups and to-dos on one screen.

Every athlete, parent and coach now sends coach emails from their own Mail or Gmail. We write the email for you, you tap Mail or Gmail, send it, then tap "I sent it" so we can track it. Coaches see a real person writing to them, and replies come straight to you.

Build a priority list of the schools you care about most. We tell you when it's a good time to follow up with each coach and get a draft ready for you to review and send yourself.

Get an alert when we can confirm a college coach looked at your profile, with a ready-to-send thank-you note. A profile visit is a good sign, but it is not an offer.

Ask our staff to verify an offer, your season stats, your testing numbers or an award. Add proof (a link, a screenshot or a letter) and you'll see Pending, More info needed or Verified on each one. Verified items get a green check on your profile.
